How is it that Joe connects so well to a wide-variety of audience members? Here is a bit of the back story…
Taking advantage of all the vocational courses he could take, Joe began his career as a Certified Master Mechanic in a large GM dealership then went on to become a commercial building maintenance foreman leading a small maintenance team. Over a five-year period, with a love for learning, Joe transitioned his career into training others with public speaking and training courses.
He spent five years leading presentation skills workshops and training dealership service managers and teams on customer service and quality care. Moved by getting consistently great feedback and positive results, full-time speaking and training became Joe’s calling.
Today, as a seasoned speaking professional and business coach, Joe loves working with leaders and teams that are serious about continuous improvement for building greater trust, loyalty and bottom-line results.
