How is it that Joe connects so well to a wide-variety of audience members? Here is a bit of the back story…
As a young man, Joe took advantage of all the vocational courses he could. He began his career as a Certified Master Mechanic in a large GM dealership then went on to become a commercial building maintenance foreman leading a small maintenance team. Over a five-year period Joe transitioned his career to training others with in-depth study into public speaking, training and adult learning. He spent five years leading presentation skills workshops and training dealership service managers and teams on customer service and quality care. Moved by getting consistently appreciative feedback and positive results, professional speaking and training became Joe’s calling.
As a speaking professional and business coach for over 20 years now, he works with leaders and teams that are serious about improving leadership, communication and teamwork for greater trust, loyalty and bottom-line results.
