So here is a bit of the back story…

Taking advantage of all the vocational courses he could in high school… Joe began his career as a Certified Technician in a large GM dealership service center then went on to commercial building maintenance and eventually supervising a maintenance team. He transitioned his career into public speaking with in-depth study and training on how adults learn best. He then spent five years leading and training dealership service managers and employees at Ford/Lincoln dealerships on exceptional service and quality care. In the process of seeing people consistently gain positive results from good training and development, it became Joe’s calling. As a speaking professional and business coach for over 20 years now, he works with leaders and teams that are serious about improving service, communication and teamwork for greater trust, loyalty and bottom-line results.
