Conflict Prevention and Resolution Training
Preventing or resolving conflict is accomplished with a combination of skills every team member needs. This conflict prevention and resolution workshop increases awareness of the sources of conflict, how to recognize when conflict is developing and some proven strategies for effectively preventing, utilizing, or resolving conflict for better relationships and outcomes.
Audience:
Managers, supervisors or anyone who wishes to increase their options for dealing with conflict tactfully and effectively. Group size: from 8 to 20 people. This course is ideal for greater self-awareness, self-management and consistency in handling conflict issues within departments and between personalities.
